W7 Padel uses Padel Tools, run by HeyGM, to show court availability, run leagues and Court Points, and send you emails about them. W7 Padel decides what your information is used for; HeyGM processes it on the club's behalf.

What we hold: your name and email, the bookings you play in (read from Playtomic, where you book and pay), your league entries and results, your Court Points, and which emails and rewards you have chosen.

Why: to run the bookings, leagues and rewards you take part in, to send the emails those need, and, only if you opt in, news and offers from the club. You can change your choices, or opt out of any email, at any time from the link in each email.

How long: copies of booking records from Playtomic are kept for at most 90 days. If you stop playing, your name and email are cleared after at most 24 months; results stay in league tables under an anonymous name.

Your rights under the GDPR: you can ask for a copy of your information, for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. To do so, email welcome@w7padel.com or phone +353 85 135 4570. If you are unhappy with the answer you can complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
